Burna Boy has teamed up with Black Sherif for a remix of the popular song,’Second Sermon,’ demonstrating his respect for the music and Black Sherif.
Burna Boy has been trending on Twitter since Friday, October 29, 2021 evening, when he became the first artist to win Best International Act at the BET Awards three times in a row.
Burna Boy was spotted in a video thumping to the song in September.
The Grammy Award-winning singer was also seen singing the song word for word, which prompted enthusiasm from those who happened upon the video clip. Burna Boy then joined Black Sherif on a live Instagram conversation after that.
Following a short video clip that captured him singing his verse of a yet-to-be-released remix of Black Sherif’s ‘Second Sermon,’ the Nigerian act landed in Ghana’s top 5 trends.
With the release of his single ‘Second Sermon,’ Black Sherif, a Ghanaian musician from Konongo, knocked music fans off their feet in July of this year.
