The Centre for Democratic Empowerment is a Non-Profit organization established in Ghana, West Africa.
The Executive Director of Centre for Democratic Empowerment (CDE), Mr. Alex Antwi has called on Parliament to reject the anti-gay legislation.
The statement was made during a speech delivered on the theme ” Effect of Anti LGBT legislation on contemporary Ghana” at his office in Accra on Thursday, 21st October, 2021.

History About The Executive Director of CDE
Mr. Alex Antwi is the founder of the CDE. He is a farmer, philanthropist and a human rights activist. He hails from Akim Oda in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He was born on 29th August 1963.
